Through its many programs, WRCC has served over 25,000 people at all income levels. WRCC strives to create and administer self-help programs that directly affect the lives of all citizens. Overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors, WRCC is a community-based agency that provides efficient, non-duplicated services that help people help themselves toward a better future. WRCC is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization that was incorporated in 1974. |
